Description

Saint-Nazaire agglomération a confié à la société Dalkia, la délégation de service public (D.S.P) de réseau de chaleur industrialo-urbain de la communauté d'agglomération de la région nazairienne et de l'estuaire (Carène) et du réseau de Donges. A ce titre, la société Dalkia, a créé une société dédiée, dénommée Ester, qui dès sa création a repris à sa charge la DSP et donc l'ensemble des droits et obligations liés au RCU. Ester est donc maitre d'ouvrage pour la réalisation des travaux liés à la construction du RCU. Ester a ensuite confié à la société Dalkia la réalisation et le suivi de l'ensemble des travaux liés à la construction du RCU, Dalkia devient donc maitre d'ouvrage par substitution. Dans le cadre des travaux à réaliser en 2026, plusieurs bâtiments existants (et quelques bâtiments neufs) seront raccordés sur le futur réseau de chaleur, entrainant la transformation des chaufferies actuelles en sous-stations, opération réalisée avec la mise en place de skids fournis par Dalkia, pour assurer le chauffage et la production d'eau chaude sanitaire des bâtiments. Le présent avis Marché de travaux concerne les prestations à exécuter par le Fournisseur et/ou Sous-traitant, concernant la réalisation des sous-stations, qui seront installés dans les chaufferies existantes ou dans les bâtiments neufs. Ces travaux consistent essentiellement aux raccordements hydrauliques des skids (Fournis par Dalkia) cote primaire du réseau de chaleur depuis des vannes en attente dans chaque chaufferie, les raccordements cotés secondaire sur l'installation secondaire étant à charge de l'abonné. Ces travaux sont planifiés de mai 2026 à novembre 2026 suivant le planning qui sera transmis avec le DCE. Ce lot correspond à la réalisation de 18 Sous-stations plus 2 Sous-stations optionnelles (Sous-stations pouvant être réalisées en 2026 selon possibilité client ou décalée en 2027 ou annulée. Ce lot sera divisé en 2 parties A et B, correspondant aux abonnés divers et aux Sous-stations dans l’enceinte du centre hospitalier Heinlex La partie A comprendra 8 Sous-stations abonnés divers et 2 optionnelles La partie B comprendra 10 Sous-stations dans l’enceinte du centre hospitalier Heinlex; Ce lot correspond à la réalisation de 18 Sous-stations plus 3 Sous-stations optionnelles (Sous-stations pouvant être réalisées en 2026 selon possibilité client ou décalée en 2027 ou annulée. Ce lot sera divisé en 2 parties A et B, correspondant aux 2 abonnés Silène et Ville de Saint-Nazaire. La partie A comprendra 9 Sous-stations Abonnés Silène (Bailleur Social) et 2 optionnelles La partie B comprendra 9 Sous-stations Abonnés Ville de Saint-Nazaire et 1 optionnelle
