Dans le cadre de la création d'une chaufferie et d'un réseau de chaleur urbain sur les communes de Bayonne et Saint Pierre d'Irube, Dalkia confiera à un opérateur agréé la mission de réalisation des prestations électriques de courants forts et courants faibles de la chaufferie. L'entité adjudicatrice se réserve la possibilité de demander aux soumissionnaires de présenter une ou des variantes obligatoires, qui seront alors décrites dans le DCE. Les prestations pourront être découpées en tranche ferme et une ou plusieurs tranches optionnelles. Le cas échéant les tranches seront décrites dans le DCE phase offre. Les éléments de dimensionnement explicités ci-dessous sont prévisionnels, les éléments définitifs seront indiqués dans les documents de consultation phase offre. Les prestations seront les suivantes: - Alimentation générale depuis réseau HTA concessionnaire - Puissance nominale en fonctionnement d'environ 600 kVA. - Production et distribution de l’énergie électrique - Prise de terre générale et liaisons équipotentielles - Distribution des liaisons équipotentielles principales depuis prises de terre du lot GC - Tableau électrique général du bâtiment TGBT et tableaux divisionnaires - Distribution des alimentations pour les équipements terminaux du bâtiment - Distribution des alimentations aux armoires Process - Eclairage normal des locaux, de sécurité et éclairage extérieur - Prises de courant utilités et postes de travail - Réseaux de communication précablage VDI - Système de détection et d’alarme incendie, de contrôle d'accès et de détection intrusion - Protection paratonnerre - Electricité des locaux du personnel (bureau, salle de bains, vestiaire) - Panneaux solaires photovoltaïques en toiture terrasse - Fourniture des matériels électriques - Fourniture et pose du poste bocage - Raccordement et pose des équipements liés au contrôle commande (hors fourniture de l'automate qui sera dans un appel d'offres à part) Les prestations pourront être découpées en une tranche ferme et en une ou plusieurs tranches optionnelles qui seront définis dans les documents de la consultations phase offre.
