La présente consultation s'inscrit dans le cadre de la Délégation de Service Public (DSP) relative au réseau de chaleur et de froid urbain « Plaine Campus », concédée par Toulouse Métropole à la société Toulouse Énergie Durable (TED) filiale de Dalkia. Afin de répondre aux enjeux de transition énergétique et de sécurisation de l'approvisionnement, Dalkia s'est engagée à augmenter et diversifier ses points de livraison. L'opération consiste en la création d'une sous-station de production de chaud (1100 kW) et de froid (2400kW) connectée à boucle tempérée du réseau de chaleur, à destination d'un industriel. Le projet exige un traitement exemplaire. La consultation porte sur une prestation globale de fourniture et pose de groupes froid en sous-station visant à fournir du chaud et du froid à un industriel, connectés à la boucle tempérée. Les éléments de dimensionnement explicités ci-dessous sont prévisionnels, les éléments définitifs seront indiqués dans les documents de consultation phase offre. La consultation porte sur une prestation globale de fourniture et pose de groupes froid en sous-station visant à fournir du chaud et du froid à un industriel,connectés à la boucle tempérée.
