L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots. Le pouvoir adjudicateur ne souhaite imposer aucune forme de groupement à l'attributaire de l'accord-cadre. Aucune variante n'est autorisée
