Le délai global prévu pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations est de 27 mois (dont 2 mois de préparation). Le pouvoir adjudicateur fourni le calendrier prévisionnel global d'exécution. Ainsi, le titulaire aura mentionné, au stade de la consultation, le planning détaillé des travaux. Ce planning doit respecter le calendrier global d'exécution du pouvoir adjudicateur. Démarrage par ordre de service. Le contrat comporte une tranche optionnelle définies au cahier des charges (uniquement pour le lot n°16). Le contrat prévoit des PSE (uniquement pour les lots n°14 et n°22), définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires, révisables mensuellement. La consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère social et environnemental détaillées au cahier des charges. Visite préconisée (voir RC). Il convient de compléter les éléments demandés pour les PSE et la tranche optionnelle. Tous les détails figurent au RC et CCAP. Tous les documents à fournir figurent dans le RC chauffage - ventilation - plomberie - sanitaire
