Description

Accord-cadre multi-attributaires, à bons de commande et marchés subséquents, a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de maçonnerie et de second-oeuvre sur l'ensemble de la plateforme de l'AMP, notamment : Plâtrerie et maçonnerie, Carrelage, faïence, Enduits de façade, Chapes, dalles, Construction et modification d'ouvrages en béton armé, Travaux de menuiserie associés, Travaux préparatoires, déposes et démolitions ponctuelles, Mise en place de clôtures. Ces prestations concernent aussi bien les interventions curatives, destinées à maintenir, réparer ou remettre en état les ouvrages existants, que les opérations de travaux neufs, d'aménagement, d'extension ou de création d'infrastructures nécessaires à l'évolution et au développement de la plateforme aéroportuaire. L'accord-cadre a ainsi vocation à répondre aux besoins récurrents de maintenance du patrimoine bâti, tout en accompagnant la réalisation des nombreux projets d'investissement et d'aménagement portés par l'AMP. Mini annuel : 400 000 €HT / Maxi annuel : 2 500 000 €HT. Les bons de commande seront répartis/attribués entre les deux (2) premiers titulaires désignés en phase offres. A compter de 40 000 €, les besoins feront l’objet de marchés subséquents. Les marchés subséquents seront mis en concurrence entre ces deux titulaires de l'accord-cadre, partie à bons de commande ; ainsi que les troisième (3ème) et quatrième (4ème) titulaires de l'accord-cadre.
