Description

Le présent contrat est un accord-cadre de travaux dont l'objectif est de réaliser l'ensemble des travaux nécessaires pour permettre les opérations de démantèlement des ouvrages constituant l'ilot Milan ainsi que le B4 situé à proximité immédiate. L'ensemble des bâtiments a été construit sur une période courte (1981-1984), dans une logique de projet global et présente une très forte homogénéité constructive et programmatique. La présence d'amiante est avérée et un désamiantage sera effectué, au préalable des démontages des matériaux pour réemploi, puis des opérations de déconstruction. La présence de plomb n'a pas été détectée, hormis ponctuellement. Les pièces techniques identifient de manière plus détaillée ces éléments. Une stratégie pour le réemploi des matériaux (Produits, Équipements, Matériaux et Déchets) sera mise en oeuvre, dans un objectif de " zéro déchets ". La présence des bâtiments à démanteler, en hypercentre et au coeur du pôle d'échange multimodal, conduisent au mode de déconstruction par écrêtage pour la superstructure et de démolition mécanique pour les infrastructures. Plusieurs ensembles immobiliers peuvent être en travaux de manière simultanée. Une d'Interruption Temporaire de Circulation ferroviaire (ITC) de mai à juillet 2027 permettra de démanteler les volumes accolés au domaine ferroviaire pour permettre le montage d'un écran de protection sur la façade Est du B4.
