Dans le cadre de l’arrivée des nouvelles rames MF19 des lignes de métro 3, 3bis et 7, la RATP projette la restructuration et la valorisation de son site Belgrand Saint-Fargeau dans le 20ème arrondissement de Paris. Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux de reconstruction de l’Atelier de Maintenance des Trains notamment pour : • la construction d'un nouvel atelier pour la maintenance des trains des lignes 3, 3bis et 7bis, • une valorisation avec la création d'immeubles d'habitations et de commerces, • la réhabilitation d'une partie d'un bâtiment industriel donnant sur la cour Pelleport (usage • non défini à ce jour), • la cession d'une partie des terrains à la Ville de Paris notamment pour l'aménagement d'un • jardin public.
