Dalkia, the operator of the new district heating network in Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube, France, is seeking a contractor for works on the network's sub-stations. The scope includes hydraulically connecting about 25 skids (a number that may change) to existing installations, installing additional secondary equipment such as pumps or tanks, creating hydraulic networks for roof-located sub-stations and overhead networks in car parks, and optionally supplying pumps or tanks. Supply of the skids themselves is excluded. Works are split into a firm and optional lots, with a possible insertion clause. Studies start September 2026, works December 2026.
