La consultation a pour objet : Les prestations ont pour objet les études (y compris de sécurité et de disponibilité), la fabrication, les fournitures, les travaux, les essais et mises en service, la gestion des interfaces et les prestations afférentes (garantie, formation, pièces de rechange, documentation…) pour la mise en oeuvre des équipements de Voie Ferrée optimisée et de la Signalisation Ferroviaire pour la réalisation de la ligne T4 entre Grand Arénas et Val Fleuri à Cagnes sur Mer. Pour les Revêtements Végétal Plateforme Ferroviaire, les prestations ont pour objet la réalisation des revêtements en terre végétale de la plateforme ferroviaire enherbées, comprenant, les études, les fournitures de Terre Végétale, semences et mise en oeuvre avec suivi du bon développement du végétal.La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Procédure avec négociation - R.2124-4 et R.2161-21 à 23 du Code de la commande publique Les exigences minimales que doivent respecter les offres sont les suivantes : Les exigences minimales sont présentées dans le CCTP phase candidature et les principales clauses contractuelles. Marché à prix unitaires. Estimation de l'administration : 13 500 000EurosHT La durée prévisionnelle du contrat est de : 69 mois y compris les phases de garanties. Les prestations du présent marché concernent la réalisation des prestations de : Voie Ferrée : notamment les prestations d'études (y compris sécurité) avec objectifs d'optimisation, de fournitures de 3.5 km double voie et appareils de voie, de travaux (hors terrassements de plateforme), d'essais et de mise en service associés aux équipements suivants : équipements de voie ferrée béton en rail à gorge sur traverses bi-blocs, pose en dalle flottante sans et avec longrines, pose sur longrines en béton armé (voie enherbée perméable), pose sur ouvrages d'art, appareils de voie avec leurs systèmes de manoeuvre, dispositifs d'assainissement de plateforme, installation de chantier et système de graissage. Il comprend également le raccordement de la ligne T4 aux voies ferrées existantes sous exploitation. Signalisation Ferroviaire : notamment les prestations d'études (y compris de sécurité), la fabrication, les fournitures, l'installation, les travaux, les essais et les mises en service ainsi que les prestations afférentes (garantie, formation, pièces de rechange, documentation…) relatives à la mise en oeuvre des dispositifs de signalisation ferroviaire sur la ligne T4. Il comprend également la modification de la zone de manoeuvre de Grands Arénas sous exploitation pour le raccordement de la ligne T4. Revêtement Végétal Plateforme Ferroviaire : notamment l'établissement des plans d'aménagement, la définition des remplissages en terre végétale, sous couche et mélange des semences, les fournitures et mises en oeuvre, les opérations de confortement, arrosage et garantie de reprise.
