Travaux de sécurisation de l'usine de production d'eau potable de Diconche - Saintes (17) Les prestations correspondant au présent marché portent essentiellement sur : - Les études d’exécution - Les dossiers de permis de construire, de permis de construire modificatifs liés à des modifications proposées par le titulaire, et si nécessaire, les permis de démolir, - Les études complémentaires à la mise à jour des dossiers règlementaires, - Les études géotechniques de niveau G3, - Les investigations complémentaires jugées nécessaires par le prestataire : repérage complémentaire, topographie…, - Les installations de chantier, - La réalisation des travaux, - La mise au point et la mise en régime de l'installation, - La formation du personnel, - Les finitions diverses, - Les récolements, implantation des ouvrages, élaboration des Dossiers des Ouvrages exécutés, des Dossiers d’Intervention Ultérieure sur les Ouvrages. Les travaux consisteront en : -La construction d’une nouvelle filière de traitement répartie sur deux files de traitement de 500 et 700 m³/h (réacteur CAP + filtres + désinfection UV dans un bâtiment dédié), - La réhabilitation de la file de décarbonatation existante (réacteurs métalliques, réhabilitation des filtres à sable avec changement de média…), - La réhabilitation de la file de traitement des eaux sales existantes (ouvrages métalliques réhabilitation bâche…), - La réhabilitation globale des bâtiments existants (reprise des fissures actives, nettoyage des façades, déséquipements des ouvrages non réutilisés…), - La mise en place d’équipements de production d’énergie photovoltaïque. Le maître d’ouvrage se laisse la possibilité de confier au titulaire du marché, en application de l’article R2122-7 du Code de la Commande Publique, des marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires à celles qui lui sont confiées au titre du présent marché dans le cadre d’une procédure négociée sans publicité ni mise en concurrence, dans la limite de 500k€HT.
