Description

Le marché a pour objet la réalisation des travaux d'aménagement des espaces publics de la ZAC ITDT pour le compte de la ville de Tournon sur Rhône, maître d'ouvrage et aménageur de la ZAC. La maîtrise d'ouvrage a identifié trois phases de réalisation des espaces publics. La présente consultation concerne les travaux d'aménagement des espaces publics de la 1ère phase du quartier ITDT, elle se concentre sur les secteurs suivants : - le pôle bus - le chemin de Labeaume - le parking provisoire de l'octroi - la rivière sèche - la viabilisation de l'ancienne friche ITDT afin de permettre ensuite les constructions sur les différents ilots Il est précisé que l'éclairage public (mâts, éclairage, fondations, armoires, câblage) sera réalisé sous maîtrise d'ouvrage Territoire d'Energie 07 et ne fais pas l'objet du présent marché. Il est précisé que l'alimentation en basse et haute tension du projet, y compris les tranchées, sera réalisée sous maîtrise d'ouvrage ENEDIS et ne fait pas l'objet du présent marché Le lot 1 comporte 2 prestations supllémentaires éventuelles (PSE). PSE N°1 : ombrière et arceaux vélos. PSE N°2: Consigne à vélos. La réponse aux 2 PSE est obligatoire; Espaces verts et arrosage
