Description

Avec l'intégration de nouvelles communes ces dernières années, le syndicat a vu ses effectifs augmenter, nécessitant des infrastructures plus adaptées. C'est le cas des locaux du CTS. En effet, les locaux du CTS actuels présentent plusieurs dysfonctionnements. Le bâtiment n'est pas évolutif, les locaux ne peuvent accueillir les nouvelles compétences et l'augmentation des effectifs. L'organisation actuelle n'est pas fonctionnelle. Les espaces sont peu confortables, peu lumineux, présentent une mauvaise isolation et ne sont donc pas adaptés aux pratiques de travail. C'est dans ce contexte que le SIARP souhaite démolir l'existant et reconstruire un nouveau bâtiment vitrine de ces activités, avec des espaces de travail conformes à la règlementation et ergonomiques tout en développant les thématiques environnementales Installation de chantier / Terrassements /Gros oeuvre; Charpente métallique; Aménagements extérieurs / VRD; Couverture Etanchéité Bardage; Menuiseries extérieures - Serrurerie; Menuiseries intérieures - Cloisons - Plafonds - Peinture; Sols carrelés - Sols souples; CVC - Plomberie - GTB; Electricité - CFO - CFA - SSI; Ascenseur
