Les projets de Sites de Maintenance et de Remisage (SMR) de la Région Grand Est s'inscrivent dans le processus global d'ouverture à la concurrence des lignes ferroviaires régionales. La construction de ces nouveaux sites de maintenance se fera sous maitrise d'ouvrage de la SPL Grand Est Infrastructures dans le cadre de ses compétences dans le pilotage des projets d'infrastructures ferroviaires, de constructions et rénovations des gares et bâtiments techniques Aussi, l'objet de ce présent Appel à Manifestation d'intérêts (AMI) est de réaliser un sourcing auprès des fournisseurs ainsi que d'éclairer la SPL sur des points techniques concernant une future mise en concurrence relative à des contrats de conception, réalisation et maintenance de Sites de Maintenance et Remisage (SMR) dans le cadre du programme de mise en concurrence de la Région Grand Est. La date limite des contributions est fixée au 5 juin 2026 à 12h00
