Il s'agit d'accompagner techniquement la SPL Grand Est Infrastructures (SPL GEI) dans la gestion des infrastructures ferroviaires qui lui ont été transférées, portant sur l'ensemble du patrimoine : régénération, création et modification d'installations, ouvrages d'art, ouvrages en terre, ouvrages hydrauliques, voie ferrée, signalisation, passages à niveau, installations électriques, gares et haltes, sites de maintenance et de remisage, interfaces avec l'exploitation et maintenance ferroviaire. La mission combine des expertises ponctuelles d'une part, et un accompagnement complet d'opérations (DCE, ACT, DET, VISA, AOR, GPA) réalisé par marchés subséquents d'autre part. La durée du marché est de 4 ans ferme et renouvelable deux fois pour une durée de 1 an, soir 6 ans au total. Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à marchés subséquents sans minimum et avec un maximum de 8 150 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale du marché, reconductions comprises
