Le présent marché "Aménagements second-œuvre et corps d'état techniques" s'inscrit dans le projet de visant à développer un bâtiment R+4 de l'ordre de 18 500 M² en connexion avec l’isthme et le corps central du terminal 2E de l'aéroport de CDG. Il a pour objet la mise en œuvre des corps d'état techniques et second œuvre. Ceux-ci se concentrent très majoritairement sur le niveau 0 qui regroupe les principaux locaux techniques et d'exploitation et le niveau 1 qui présente une surface SDP de près de 4 800 m² Le marché est découpé principalement en sous lots techniques définis comme suit : - sous-lot métallerie et serrurerie intérieure - sous-lot menuiserie - sous-lot cloisons, doublages et plafonds suspendus - sous-lot peinture - sous-lot revêtements sol souple - sous-lot revêtement sol, murs durs - sous-lot basse tension - sous-lot CFA Les dimensions générales du bâtiment sont les suivantes : • Façade Ouest = 44 m • Façade Sud = 87 m • Façade Est = 66 m jusqu’au N01, 32 m au N02 et 27 m jusqu’à la toiture. • Façade Nord = 84,67 m (passerelles comprises). • Hauteur à l’acrotère = 27 m Le bâtiment constitue un Etablissement Recevant du Public (ERP) de 1ère catégorie pouvant recevoir 3906 personnes à usage d'aérogare relevant du R143-20 (sans type défini par le règlement de sécurité) et abritant des exploitations annexes de type L et N (salon compagnie), de type W (poste de police) et de type PS (Parc de stationnement des véhicules la Première AIR France). L'établissement constitue un groupement d'établissements relevant de l'article R143-21 dont le directeur de l'aéroport du Groupe ADP assure la responsabilité unique au plan de la sécurité. Ce bâtiment devra obtenir le label BBCA et respecter les critères RE2020. Des exigences sont à prendre en considération et notamment l’emploi d’éléments, d’ouvrages et de matériaux susceptibles d’être issus du réemploi, de la réutilisation ou du recyclage. Ce marché est en interface principalement avec les marchés : • Macro-lot 2 : AMT - Aménagements second-oeuvre et énergies primaires • Lot 3 : Ascenseurs • Lot 4 : escaliers mécaniques • Lot 5 : EES (Kiosques), • Lot 6 : Parafes • Lot 7 : Signalétique fixe • Lot 8 : Signalétique dynamique • Lot 9 : Couloir anti retour (CAR) mise en oeuvre des clos couvert et énergies primaires du nouveau bâtiment R+4 de l'ordre de 18 500 m². Le marché est découpé principalement en sous lots techniques définis comme suit : - sous-lot métallerie et serrurerie intérieure - sous-lot menuiserie - sous-lot cloisons, doublages et plafonds suspendus - sous-lot peinture - sous-lot revêtements sol souple - sous-lot revêtement sol, murs durs - sous-lot basse tension - sous-lot CFA La nouvelle PAF arrivées bénéficiera d'un traitement acoustique de cet espace sera particulièrement soigné afin de limiter au maximum l'inconfort lié au bruit. A cet effet les parements verticaux seront habillés avec des panneaux en bois micro-perforés. D'une manière général le choix des matériaux se porte sur l’utilisation de deux matériaux emblématiques : le marbre de Carrare de type Cau sol, le bois clair d'essennce européenne en parement vertical et faux plafond. Le plafond est un dispositif essentiel à la réussite de l’ambiance de la zone Il est revêtu par l’assemblage de deux matériaux nobles : le staff et le bois Le staff sera en effet destiné à la mise en oeuvre d’un dispositif globale de nervures reliant les poteaux entre eux. Le profil de ces nervures sera traité avec soin en effet de corniche adoucie et la jonction avec les piliers sera réalisée en effet de gorge rentrante faisant disparaitre le sommet des structures. En relation avec cet immense quadrillage de staff, le faux plafond sera réalisé en nappe de panneaux bois identiques aux parements verticaux
