Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de conception réalisation réalisés sur le Terminal 3 de la plateforme de Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). Le marché portera notamment sur : i) La construction d'une nouvelle jetée d'embarquement, débarquement ; ii) La construction d'une structure au moins en R+1 hébergeant notamment une surface commerciale ainsi qu'une surface destinée aux contrôles de frontière départ ; iii) L'extension d'un bâtiment existant hébergeant une salle de livraison bagages et une zone de frontière arrivée. Des opérations d'aménagement seront également réalisées conformément aux spécifications d’Aéroports de Paris décrites dans le Programme. Ces ouvrages et extensions sont conçues pour garantir le fonctionnement opérationnel le plus efficace possible aux bénéfices de compagnies qui opèrent selon le modèle dit "low-cost", tout en offrant aux passagers, clients et personnels qui y travaillent des conditions conformes aux exigences de qualité d'Aéroports de Paris. L'ensemble de l'opération doit être livré pour fin 2029 au plus tard.. Compte tenu des développements envisagés à moyen et long terme sur la plateforme de Paris Charles de Gaulle dans le cadre de son schéma directeur, le Terminal 3 pourrait être détruit à l'horizon 2050, soit 20 ans après la livraison des ouvrages et extensions bâtimentaires objet du présent marché. Les offres remises devront tenir compte de ce caractère non nécessairement pérenne.
