Summary

Machine-generated summary

The project consists of creating a cultural establishment by rehabilitating a site in central Paris. The building offers an estimated total floor area of about 1,500 m2, including exhibition spaces of about 500 m2, a meeting venue, reception functions and associated logistics areas. The project includes a significant safety and security component for people and property, as well as a confidentiality requirement. Two key milestones apply: completion of ground floor works, including the three courtyards, and the first floor in November 2026 for an inauguration in early 2027, and completion of all works in April 2027, when the building opens to the public. This call for tenders covers Lot 7, scenography, awarded through a restricted tender procedure; Lots 1 to 6 were procured in two separate procedures.
