Services concession for the installation and operation of an advertising display space on the scaffolding tarps of the north facade of the Hotel national des Invalides

The buyer is seeking a concessionaire to install and operate advertising display space on scaffolding tarps covering the north facade of the Hotel national des Invalides at 129 rue de Grenelle, Paris. The scaffolding is in place for restoration works on the facade. All revenue generated from the advertising operation will be allocated entirely to funding the restoration of the monument, in accordance with article L.621-29-8 of the French Heritage Code. The draft concession contract sets out the conditions of performance and the technical requirements expected for the services.
