Dalkia, through its dedicated company ESTER, is the new public service delegate for creating and operating the Saint-Nazaire district heating network over 30 years, with over 110 subscribers connected via 37 km of network by 2029. This contract covers works to install a heat pump recovering residual heat from treated water at the Ecossiernes wastewater treatment plant: a pumping station with equipment, two tappings on the PEHD discharge pipe, an electrical cabinet base, trenches for TPC ducts, a platform at the Bouletterie boiler room for a heat pump shelter, and buried networks (heating, electricity, drinking water). One lot.
