This contract forms part of the modernisation of metro line 13, which includes renewal of rolling stock with the introduction of the new MF19 trains. The Lot AME-PVAN covers the creation of technical premises. The works involve all trades (structural and finishing works) for the construction of new technical rooms in the disused tunnel between Porte de Vanves and Malakoff - Plateau de Vanves, at 6 Rue Julia Bartet in Paris. The scope includes execution studies, topographic surveys, site installation, pit earthworks with shoring, demolition, concrete structures (crowning, fixed staircase, columns, beams, ramp, backfilling), waterproofing, masonry and partitioning, metalwork, locksmithing and fire door installation, fitting-out, utility networks and interior and exterior painting.
