Les présents marchés ont pour objet pour objet la réalisation de travaux d'aménagement d'espaces verts ainsi que l'entretien du patrimoine arboré sur les voies, parcs, squares et propriétés de la ville de Levallois. Les présents marchés sont soumis au Code de la Commande Publique, ci-après « le Code ». Ils sont passés selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code.Les présents marchés constituent un accord-cadre au sens des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. La valeur totale des marchés est de 2 400 000 euro(s) HT, toutes reconductions comprises, sans montant minimum.Chacun des marchés sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de 48 mois, reconductions comprises. S'agissant d'une procédure ouverte, le nombre maximal de participants n'est pas limité Mise en sécurité : installation de chantier et mise en place de clôtures de chantier, Plan assurance qualité, PPSPS, essais et contrôles, signalisation. - Travaux de préparation de sols - Terrassements, ouvertures de tranchées - Sols et maçonnerie : Fourniture et pose de bordurettes granit, de bordurettes granit arasées, de pavages granit, de dallage granit à joints gazon, de bordure béton, réfection d'enrobé noir sur voirie, création et réfection d'asphalte rouge, création de dalle béton pour sol souple, fourniture et mise en oeuvre de béton micro-désactivé, création de maçonneries (murets, escaliers). - Assainissement. - Travaux horticoles : Fourniture et mise en place de substrat de plantation, préparation de terrain, plantations d'arbres, d'arbustes divers, de vivaces et graminées, engazonnement, mise en place de paillage naturel; Ce sont des travaux d'élagage, de taille, d'abattage, d'essouchement des arbres sur les voies, parcs, squares et propriétés de la Ville de Levallois. Les travaux comprennent l'emploi de toute main d'oeuvre, matériels et transports nécessaires pour la bonne exécution du marché. L'Entrepreneur sera tenu de se conformer aux directives qui lui seront données par les représentants qualifiés de l'administration
