Description

Le SIVU dispose, sur le territoire de ses 4 communes membres (Cappelle La Grande, de Coudekerque Branche, de Fort Mardyck et de Saint Pol sur Mer), d’un réseau FTH avec un potentiel d’un peu plus de 25 000 prises et s’appuyant sur la technologie GPON ;Le SIVU souhaite satisfaire aux exigences de la réglementation anti-endommagement des réseaux en cartographiant en classe A (x y et z) ses réseaux souterrains. La prestation attendue consiste en accord cadre a bon de commande ayant pour objet la localisation "en classe A" de réseaux enterrés par techniques non intrusives exclusivement (réalisation de détection et de géoréférencement) des conduites souterraines du réseau FTTH, de ses affleurants et des chambres tout type. Le SIVU devra disposer à terme des éléments de réponse pour les DT/DICT.
