Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Department of Gard in France is procuring a framework agreement with an annual maximum amount, executed through purchase orders, for topographic and parcel survey services. The buyer owns a network of 19 departmental sensitive natural areas (ENSD) covering about 4,500 hectares, and wishes to mark out the boundaries between departmental ENSD land and other private or public parcels, including topographic surveys and boundary demarcation carried out by a chartered surveyor. Services may also cover topographic surveys and demarcation of rural paths under the Departmental Plan for Spaces, Sites and Routes (PDESI), to guarantee continuity of walking routes and support municipalities in reclassifying or modifying existing path alignments.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €16,383
€12,287 to €16,383

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 94% of their published estimate, half of them between 75% and 100%, based on 232 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.

What this market pays

The buyer has too few awards of its own in this sector, so this is the range of the last 2,000 awards for Architecture & engineering services in France.
