Description

Réception, transport et traitement des encombrants du bassin cannois Le présent marché concerne la réception, le tri, le transport et le traitement des objets encombrants issus des collectes réalisées par les collectivités membres du SMED dans le secteur de Cannes. Les encombrants sont principalement des objets et déchets volumineux qui proviennent notamment des collectes d’encombrants réalisées sur rendez-vous par les services techniques municipaux ou intercommunaux de l’aire de SMED ou via des points d’apports volontaires, des dépôts sauvages collectés sur la voie publique et des refus indésirables issus des exutoires de traitement du SMED (Centre de Valorisation Organique (CVO) du Broc et ISDND de la SPL « Vallon des Pins »). Le lieu de réception des encombrants et le site de traitement seront désignés par le titulaire dans l’annexe 1 du mémoire technique (cadre de réponse) transmis lors de la remise de son offre.
