Description

Le Syctom propose, aux habitants d’Ivry sur Seine, une alternative de proximité pour accueillir leurs déchets encombrants ou dangereux via des dispositifs d’apports volontaires temporaires, dits « déchèteries mobiles ». Ce dispositif doit permettre de bénéficier d’une valorisation maximale dans des filières ad hoc existantes et ce, dans le respect de l’environnement, du cadre de vie des citoyens et du développement durable. L’objectif du Syctom est également de sensibiliser les usagers au réemploi, développer le geste éco-citoyen du tri à la source des encombrants et limiter les dépôts sauvages dans les villes. Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, conclu pour une durée ferme de 1 an à compter de sa date de notification, reconductible 3 fois 1 an. Le marché est conclu sans minimum, et avec un maximum de 350 000€ HT sur la durée ferme de 1 an. Sur chaque année de reconduction il est fixé un maximum de 350 000€ HT. Il n’y a pas de seuil minimum.
