Marché de nettoyage des bâtiments communaux de la Ville d'Asnières-sur-Seine. Il comprend également des prestations de nettoyage des surfaces vitrées. - Lot 1 : Nettoyage et entretien des bâtiments administratifs et gymnases. - Lot 2 : Nettoyage et entretien des écoles et des établissements de petite enfance. Le marché est lancé à prix mixtes. Il est constitué d'une part forfaitaire annuelle s'exécutant sur le fondement de la DPGF. Il est constitué de surcroît d'une part à commandes s'exécutant sur le fondement du bordereau des prix unitaires, au fur et à mesure de la survenance du besoin dans les limites annuelles fixées ci-après : Lot 1 sans mini annuel, maxi annuel à 60 000EurosHT/Lot 2 sans mini annuel, maxi annuel à 80 000EurosHT. La durée initiale du marché est de 12 mois. Il pourra être reconduit 3 fois pour la même durée. Lot 1: Bâtiments administratifs et gymnases; Lot 2: Ecoles et établissements de petite enfance
