La présente consultation, répartie en 4 lots traités par marchés séparés, concerne la prestation suivante : VÉRIFICATION PÉRIODIQUES DES INSTALLATIONS ÉLECTRIQUES ET TECHNIQUES DU PATRIMOINE BÂTI DU CONSEIL DÉPARTEMENTAL DU VAR La liste des bâtiments concernés est jointe au Dossier de Consultation (différente pour chaque lot). A titre indicatif, on peut prévoir que les prestations commenceront au troisième trimestre 2026. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées. Appel d'offres ouvert passé en application des articles R. 2124-1 à R. 2124-2. 1° du CCP. Technique d'achat : Pour chacun des lots, il sera conclu un marché composite avec une partie forfaitaire à prix global et forfaitaire et pour la partie hors forfait à accord cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande conformément aux articles R . 2162-1. à R. 2162-6.-R. 2162-13. et R. 2162-14. du CCP, défini en valeur sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum. Les délais d'exécution des prestations de la partie à prix unitaires ainsi que tout autre élément indispensable à leur exécution seront mentionnés dans les bons de commande. Pour la partie forfaitaire, les délais d'exécution sont fixés au CCTP. Les candidats peuvent soumissionner pour un lot ou plusieurs lots. Les candidats feront une offre de prix distincte pour chaque lot qu'ils souhaitent se voir attribuer. Le financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental Les prestations à prix unitaires (accord-cadre à bons de commande) sont susceptibles de varier dans les limites suivantes : sans montant minimum annuel et un montant maximum annuel de 50 000 euro(s) HT
