Description

La présente consultation concerne : les travaux de Modernisation des installations de chauffage du Collège Jules Ferry à Hyères Préparation du collège à un futur raccordement à un réseau de chaleur (les études sont en cours pour fin des études en juillet 2027). Le futur réseau de chaleur desservira l'hôpital, le lycée golf hôtel et les logements de la zone. Les prestations relèvent de la catégorie 3 au sens du Code du travail. L'opération est soumise à déclaration de travaux. La description des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (C.C.T.P.) Le titulaire est réputé connaître toutes les dispositions législatives et réglementaires relatives à la sécurité du chantier et à la santé des travailleurs pouvant s'appliquer à l'opération susvisée. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées. Début des travaux : vers le dernier trimestre 2026 Le financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental
