Le marché est divisé en plusieurs tranches : Une partie en marché classique avec une tranche ferme et des tranches optionnelles : - Tranche ferme : Etude de faisabilité et réalisation d'un schéma d'aménagement paysager à l'échelle du périmètre d'étude. - Tranche optionnelle 1 : Réalisation d'une analyse coûts - bénéfices (ACB) - Tranche optionnelle 2 : Réalisation d'une analyse multicritères (AMC) - Tranche optionnelle 3 : Demande d'examen au cas par cas (dossier réglementaire) - Tranche optionnelle 4 : Autorisation environnementale et déclaration d'intérêt général (dossier réglementaire) - Tranche optionnelle 5 : Evaluation environnementale et étude d'impact - Tranche optionnelle 6 : Constitution du dossier de demande d'autorisation de défrichement (dossier réglementaire) - Tranche optionnelle 7 : Constitution du dossier de demande de dérogation pour la destruction d'espèces ou d'habitats protégés - Tranche optionnelle 8 : Définition de plans de gestion sédimentaire des lits et des ouvrages Une partie en accord-cadre à marchés subséquents pour les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre consécutives à la finalisation des études préalables, ainsi que d'autres missions complémentaires nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux, qui seront déclenchés au fur et à mesure des besoins et en fonction du planning définitif de réalisation des travaux arrêté dans la première partie du marché.
