Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le marché a pour objet de pouvoir confier la réalisation de missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre d'aménagement, ainsi que diverses missions complémentaires, s'inscrivant dans le cadre du projet de PEM de VIC - MIREVAL. Le programme objet du présent marché comprend notamment : - la création d'une desserte bus organisée autour de la placette ; - la réalisation d'espaces sécurisés dédiés aux modes actifs ; - la réalisation d'une voie verte, s'inscrivant dans le tracé de l'EuroVélo 8, permettant de résorber la discontinuité cyclable existante entre les aménagements cyclables existants de part et d'autre du projet ; - l'aménagement d'une zone de dépose-minute ; - la création d'un stationnement dédié aux deux-roues motorisés ; - la réalisation d'un parc de stationnement d'environ 100 places (avec possible extension) intégrant les équipements réglementaires et services associés (PMR, bornes de recharge électrique, etc.) ; - la mise en oeuvre des dispositifs de gestion des eaux pluviales (bassin de rétention, noues et fossés paysagers). La maîtrise d'oeuvre devra intervenir sur les périmètres suivants. o La phase conception portera sur un unique périmètre assurant une cohérence globale au projet (phase AVP / PRO et autorisations réglementaires / ACT). - La phase réalisation distinguera scrupuleusement o la voie verte (piste cyclable + aménagements hydrauliques et paysagers liés + sas le long de l'avenue pour croisement des bus) o le PEM (tout autre aménagement). Les périmètres sont donnés à titre indicatif et pourront évoluer en fonction de la conception du projet
