Description

Le marché consiste en la réalisation des missions de Maîtrise d‘Œuvre principales et missions complémentaires en phases de conception et de réalisation, relatives à l’opération de la mise à 2x3 voies de l’autoroute A10, entre le diffuseur du Futuroscope (n°28) et celui de Poitiers Nord (n°29). Le présent marché porte sur des prestations de maîtrise d’œuvre principale pour les phases de conception et de travaux en vue de la réalisation de la mise à 2 x 3 voies de l’autoroute A10 au nord de Poitiers, entre les diffuseurs du « Futuroscope- n° 28 » et « Poitiers Nord- n° 29 ». Des missions complémentaires sont également attribuées au Maître d’œuvre au titre de ce marché. La section autoroutière concernée par les travaux est située dans le département de la Vienne, dans la région de Centre Val de Loire. Les missions confiées au Maître d’œuvre au titre du présent marché, porte sur :  les missions de Maîtrise d’œuvre principales en phases de conception et de réalisation au sens de la loi MOP et ses textes d’application. Les missions suivantes sont attendues : appropriation, dossier de Droit d’Evocation, études AVP, études de niveau PRO, ACT, VIA, DET, OPC et AOR.  des missions complémentaires relatives aux études techniques , production des dossiers réglementaires (Loi sur l’eau, études d’impacts, enquête publique), ainsi que le management global de la mission en phases de conception et de réalisation. L'attributaire du marché aura le rôle de Maître d’Œuvre principal. Il assurera à ce titre la coordination de tous les prestataires complémentaires intervenants sur ce projet. Un système de gestion des risques et de coûtenance devra obligatoirement être mis en place. Le candidat devra obligatoirement comprendre des spécialistes de tous les volets de l'opération tels que cités. Le détail exhaustif des missions confiées sera précisé dans le dossier de consultation des entreprises.
