Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de Maîtrise d'Oeuvre Travaux pour des projets d'infrastructures et de systèmes ferroviaires visant la régénration, la modernisation et le développement du reséau ferré national, menés par SNCF RESEAU. Ces missions de maîtrise d’œuvre portent : • Soit sur des lignes nouvelles, soit sur des lignes fermées aux circulations ferroviaires, selon les prescriptions du référentiel « travaux sur infrastructure en mode secteur-chantier d’une ligne fermée pour travaux du RFN en l’absence de voie contiguë circulée » (S9A3) ; • Soit sur le réseau ferré national exploité selon les prescriptions du référentiel « Préparation et réalisation des opérations de maintenance et des travaux incompatibles avec la circulation des trains du RFN » (S9A1). Pour ces opérations, SNCF Réseau est maître d’ouvrage (MOA). L'accord-cadre est national, à marchés subséquents et alloti en 2 lots détaillés dans le présent avis. Sa durée est de 2 années fermes, et d'1 reconduction d'un an. Il est conclu sans engagement minimum, mais avec un engagement maximum détaillé par lot dans le présent avis.
