A titre principal : ?L'assistance au suivi des contrats d'exploitation précités, ce qui implique un contrôle de la gestion de l'énergie primaire, de l'exploitation, de la performance énergétique, tout en formulant des propositions visant à améliorer l'efficacité énergétique des équipements contribuant au confort thermique des locataires. Le contrôle portera notamment sur la production de chaleur et la production d'eau chaude sanitaire, y compris les installations d'énergies renouvelables, sur la distribution et l'émission de chaleur, et sur la distribution d'eau chaude sanitaire collective. ? La vérification du respect des températures ambiantes contractuelles dans les logements des locataires ; ?Et plus généralement, la vérification du respect par les titulaires des marchés d'exploitation susvisés de leurs obligations contractuelles ; ?La vérification du respect des obligations règlementaires pour les installations sus mentionnées ; ?Une aide à l'identification des défauts de gestion de l'énergie, ainsi que la proposition de remèdes de nature à assurer une parfaite qualité de service, tout en réduisant au minimum les consommations d'énergie et en veillant à ce qu'elles soient optimisées ; ?Veiller à ce que les prestations effectuées par les exploitants correspondent à celles imposées dans les marchés d'exploitation ; ?Et le contrôle de la garantie totale transparente des installations assurées par les sociétés d'exploitation. ?L'analyse des charges de chauffage et d'ECS avec production d'un document synthétique par programme ?La rédaction des courriers de mise en demeure et le calcul des différentes pénalités A titre complémentaire : ?
