Le marché a pour objet de confier à un professionnel de l'assurance : La gestion de la police d'assurance suivantes : o Lot unique : Responsabilité civile générale Le placement des risques à 100%, Et une mission de conseil et d'accompagnement. Le marché est composé d'un lot unique défini comme suit : o Lot unique : Responsabilité civile générale Sous réserve des dispositions relatives à la résiliation du marché figurant au CCAP, le marché est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2027. Le marché prendra effet au 01/01/2027 avec faculté de résiliation au 1er janvier par chacune des parties, moyennant préavis de 6 (SIX) mois conformément aux conditions prévues au CCAP. Le marché prendra fin au plus tard le 31/12/2030 à minuit. Aucune variante imposée n'est demandée. Les variantes libres techniques, administratives et financières sont admises. Aucune prestation supplémentaire éventuelle n'est demandée
