Les prestations objet du présent marché sont celles qui résultent de la déclinaison pour le tunnel du Fréjus des fonctions dévolues à l'agent de sécurité telles qu'elles sont énoncées dans la Directive Européenne 2004/54/CE publiée par le parlement Européen le 29 avril 2004, complété par la fonction éventuelle d'inspection de sécurité routière créé par les Directives Européennes 2008/96/CE et 2019/1936/CE des 19 novembre 2008 et 23 octobre 2019 : Dans ce cadre, les missions confiées à l'agent de sécurité au titre du présent marché se partagent entre : - une phase d'appropriation de la mission - mission générale annuelle sur le tunnel du Fréjus correspondant à la majorité des fonctions de sécurité ; - missions ponctuelles ou intermittentes correspondant à des rapports ou avis au cas par cas ainsi qu'à des journées de travail inopinées initialement, et aux réunions de travail (autres que la participation aux CIG et aux CS). La consultation donnera lieu à un accord cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande avec fixation d'un montant annuel minimum de 50 000 euro(s) HT et un montant annuel maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique
