Description

La Communauté d'Agglomération de Versailles Grand Parc exerce en lieu et place des communes la compétence « Transports et organisation de la mobilité ». A ce titre, elle souhaite confier pour une durée de 4 ans la gestion de la gare routière de Versailles Chantiers à un prestataire dans le cadre d'une procédure de marché public. Cette gare routière a été mise en service en août 2019. Le périmètre d'intervention du futur gestionnaire inclut les 15 postes à quai de la gare routière ainsi que les 5 postes à quai de la rue de l'Abbé Rousseaux. Le lieu d'exécution des prestations est Gare routière de Versailles Chantiers, implantée en rez-de-chaussée du Hall 2 du Pôle d'Echanges Multimodal (PEM) de Versailles Chantiers, côté nord des voies ferrées (Cf. Annexe 2 Périmètre d'intervention du CCTP). La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est un marché ordinaire de services. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée allant du 1er janvier 2027 ou de sa date de notification si cette dernière est postérieure jusqu'au 31 décembre 2030. Les conditions d'exécution des prestations sont décrites dans le CCTP. Les délais d'exécution sont définis à l'article 4 du CCAP. Les prix sont forfaitaires et les modalités de révision sont définies à l'article 5 du CCAP. Les pénalités sont définies à l'article 8 du CCAP
