Description

La consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché global de performances comprenant la Conception, la Construction, l'Exploitation et la Maintenance pris en application de l'article L2171-3 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le marché public global de performance comporte des prestations de conception réalisation exploitation maintenance et porte : - Conception et réalisation de travaux d'une cuisine centrale - L'exploitation maintenance relative aux installations énergétiques (P2 et P3 du CVC et électricité) Les principaux éléments du projet sont l'extension du groupe scolaire : - Une cuisine centrale 1500 repas jours desservant en liaison chaude les cuisines satellites des autres écoles de la commune - Deux réfectoires (maternelle + élémentaire) + Sanitaires - Des extérieurs : aire logistique, liaison avec la cour existante C'est une opération de création d'une cuisine centrale et locaux associés, d'environ 1 300 m2 SDP. Le calibrage final des surfaces sera précisé dans le programme fourni aux candidats retenus. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité au cours de la procédure de consultation d'optimiser, de préciser ou de modifier de manière non substantielle la description des besoins.
