Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les prestations de maintenance et d’entretien des ascenseurs sur le patrimoine de Plaine Commune Habitat. L’objectif est d’améliorer le cadre de vie de ses locataires. A ce titre, le présent accord-cadre d’entretien et de travaux d’ascenseurs suit deux objectifs majeurs visant à maximiser le taux de disponibilité : La réduction du nombre de pannes ; La réduction des durées d’immobilisation en cas de panne. Les prestations attendues et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans les documents de la consultation, et plus particulièrement dans le CCTP. Le présent accord-cadre est alloti. Il est décomposé en deux lots au total, définis comme suit : Lot 1 : Entretien et maintenance des ascenseurs sur l’ensemble du patrimoine, Lot 2 : Petits travaux et modernisation partiels. Chacun des lots fera l’objet d’un accord-cadre séparé. Chaque candidat peut répondre à un ou plusieurs lots, et devra présenter un dossier complet pour chaque lot. Le lot n°1 constitue un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. Le lot n°2 constitue un accord-cadre multi attributaires à marchés subséquents. Les conditions d'exécution sont plus précisément décrites dans le CCAP.
