La présente consultation porte sur des prestations d’élagage, d’abattage, d’essouchage et de taille des végétaux sur le patrimoine arboré de la ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande, passé à prix unitaires et forfaitaires avec minimum et maximum, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande, sans négociation ni remise en concurrence, selon les modalités prévues dans l’accord-cadre et en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique Le montant des prestations pour la période initiale est de : Minimum annuel : 70 000€ HT Maximum annuel : 300 000€ HT A titre indicatif, les montants réalisés sur les dernières années sont les suivants : -1ère période (29/06/2021 au 29/06/2022) : 167 963.40 € HT -2ème période (29/06/2022 au 29/06/2023) : 139 774.50 € HT -3ème période (29/06/2023 au 29/06/2024) : 102 119.51 € HT -4ème période (29/06/2024 à aujourd’hui) : 148 428.63 € HT
