La présente consultation concerne les prestations d'entretien forestier en forêt communale du GRAND DUC sur le territoire de la commune de Mandelieu-La Napoule. La présente consultation concerne les prestations d’entretien forestier en forêt communale du GRAND DUC sur le territoire de la commune de Mandelieu-La Napoule. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande, passé à prix unitaires avec minimum et maximum, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande, sans négociation ni remise en concurrence, selon les modalités prévues dans l’accord-cadre et en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Minimum annuel : 10 000 € HT Maximum annuel : 100 000 € HT A titre indicatif, les montants commandés sur les dernières années sont les suivants : 1ère période (29/03/2022 au 28/03/2023) : 16 335,80 € HT 2ème période (29/03/2023 au 28/03/2024) : 8 662,80 € HT 3ème période (29/03/2024 au 28/03/2025) : 12 412,80 € HT 4ème période (29/03/2025 à aujourd’hui) : 12 434,80 € HT
