Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour l'élagage, l'abattage, l'essouchage et l'entretien du patrimoine arboré de la Ville du Blanc-Mesnil et du Centre de vacances de Nanteuil-le-Haudouin. Conformément aux articles L. 2113-10 et suivants du Code de la commande publique, la consultation est décomposée en deux lots distincts : Lot n°1 : Taille architecturée, y compris l'entretien et la reprise des arbres conduits en formes architecturées ainsi que, le cas échéant, la taille des haies assimilées à ces traitements structurés ; Lot n°2 : Taille en forme libre, abattage, démontage, essouchage, dévitalisation éventuelle, interventions de cohabitation avec l'environnement, interventions urgentes et astreinte. Chaque lot constitue un accord-cadre distinct. Chacun des lots est attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Le lot n°1 est un accord-cadre à bons de commande à prix mixtes, comportant une part forfaitaire (DPGF) pour les prestations de taille architecturée programmées, et une part à prix unitaires (BPU) pour les prestations ponctuelles ou correctives relevant du Lot 1. Le lot n°2 est un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire. Conformément à l'article R. 2162-4-1° du Code de la commande publique, le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre est fixé à 350 000 euro(s) HT par an comprenant la partie forfaitaire et la partie unitaire. La durée de l'accord cadre commencera à courir à partir de sa date de notification et pour une durée d'un an. Il est renouvelable trois fois à chaque date anniversaire, par tacite reconduction, pour une durée maximale de quatre ans
