Ainsi, le titulaire devra : - Les canalisations EP, EU et EV : Patrimoine collectif : les prestations préventives et curatives de débouchage des canalisations, Patrimoine individuel : les prestations curatives sur le réseau horizontal privatif de raccordement au réseau public, Les fosses septiques : -La vidange des fosses septiques. Les Pompes de relevage : Le nettoyage du fond de fosse et la vérification du fonctionnement des pompes de relevage. -Blanchiment des locaux : Le blanchiment des locaux vide-ordures. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet, les prestations d'entretien préventives et curatives des canalisations (EU/EP/EV), des fosses septiques et des pompes de relevage du patrimoine de Mayenne Habitat. Ainsi, le titulaire devra réaliser les prestations suivantes : • Les canalisations EP, EU et EV : o Patrimoine collectif : les prestations préventives et curatives de débouchage des canalisations, o Patrimoine individuel : les prestations curatives sur le réseau horizontal privatif de raccordement au réseau public, • Les fosses septiques : o La vidange des fosses septiques. • Les Pompes de relevage : o Le nettoyage du fond de fosse et la vérification du fonctionnement des pompes de relevage. • Blanchiment des locaux : o Le blanchiment des locaux vide-ordures,
