The Region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur awarded a framework agreement for the operation of regular and school non-urban road transport lines on the regional network of the Var. The consultation was divided into 12 lots. The contract was awarded to TRANSDEV VAR, SARL AUTOCARS BLANC, AUTOCARS SUMIAN, SOCIETE NOUVELLE TRANSPORTS SUMA and SOCIETE VAROISE DES AUTOCARS for a total awarded value of EUR 442,000,000. The framework agreement lasts 4 years, with an initial period of 3 years and a possible renewal period of 1 year for some lots, and is executed through purchase orders as they are issued.
