Au titre de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016 de modernisation de notre système de santé, et de l'article R6132-16 du Code de la Santé Publique, l'établissement support du groupement hospitalier de territoire (GHT) est chargé de la politique, de la planification, de la stratégie d'achat et du contrôle de gestion des achats pour ce qui concerne l'ensemble des marchés et de leurs avenants. Il assure la passation des marchés, de leurs avenants et leurs résiliations conformément aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique. La résiliation du présent marché relève exclusivement de la compétence de l'Etablissement support du GHT. Les établissements parties fournissent à l'Etablissement support tout élément nécessaire à l'exercice de cette compétence. Le CHU de La Réunion, établissement support du GHT Réunion assure la passation des marchés et de leurs avenants pour son propre compte ainsi qu'au profit du Centre Hospitalier Ouest Réunion, de l'Établissement public de santé mentale de La Réunion et du Groupe Hospitalier Est Réunion. Les établissements parties au groupement hospitalier de territoire assurent l'exécution de ces marchés conformément aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique Liaisons inter établissements GHT Réunion; Liaisons entre le CHU Sud et les sites extérieurs du CHU Sud; Coopération dans la zone Océan Indien : Liaisons Etablissements du GHT - Mayotte et/ou Les Comores; Liaisons Etablissements du GHT vers la France Métropolitaine et l'Europe
