To prepare the rollout and operation of the new routes, it wants to hold discussions with interested operators who could later take on, under subsequent competitive procedures, all or part of: operating the planned public transport lines; supplying and maintaining the necessary rolling stock; and recruiting and supervising the human resources needed to run the lines (driving, maintenance, management).
