Description

Le marché consiste en la réalisation, par une entreprise ferroviaire des prestations de manœuvre et de desserte ferroviaire en entrée et en sortie du terminal trimodal de Ribécourt, comprenant notamment : • la prise en charge des trains ou coupons de train sur le faisceau d'attente de la gare de Ribécourt ; • leur acheminement, par traction ou par refoulement, jusqu'au terminal tri modal, en empruntant l'Installation Terminale Embranchée (ITE) ; • les manœuvres nécessaires sur les voies du terminal pour le positionnement des wagons aux points de chargement ou de déchargement, pouvant inclure la constitution de coupons. • le cas échéant, les manœuvres nécessaires sur les voies du faisceau de la gare de Ribécourt (constitution, décomposition ou recomposition de coupons) ; • le retour des trains ou coupons du terminal vers le faisceau d'attente de la gare de Ribécourt ; • le franchissement, sous la responsabilité du Titulaire, des passages à niveau situés dans l'emprise du terminal.
