Description

Il porte sur (i) la conception et la réalisation de travaux (ii) l’exploitation des Installations pour le compte du SIVOM et la gestion du service public de traitement des déchets y étant associée ; (iii) l’accueil et le traitement en priorité des déchets des membres du SIVOM, en conformité avec les autorisations d’exploitation ; (iv) le respect des conditions et performances d’exploitation fixées dans Contrat ; (v) l’entretien et la maintenance des Ouvrages ; la conception, le financement et la réalisation d’un plan de GER des Installations.
