Business France souhaite se doter de véhicules contractuels lui permettant de mener à bien la fin d’exécution de la stratégie du domaine SI CRM. le marché a pour principaux objectifs : 1. Couvrir les besoins en prestations pour l’ensemble du périmètre SICRM (l’application OneTeam mais également tous les autres applicatifs pris en charge par le domaine). 2. Couvrir les besoins en prestations sur les activités MOE de développement, de paramétrage et d’intégration sur l’ensemble du périmètre du domaine SICRM. 3. Couvrir les besoins en prestations sur les activités MOE de maintenance corrective, évolutive et préventive sur l’ensemble du périmètre du domaine SICRM. 4. Couvrir les besoins en prestations sur les activités AMOA de conduite du changement sur l’ensemble du domaine SICRM. 5. Couvrir les besoins en prestations sur les activités AMOA d’accompagnement aux métiers et à la transformation des métiers auxquels doit faire face le domaine SICRM. Le lot 1 constitue un ensemble de savoir-faire de prestations composées d’unités d’œuvres permettant au Titulaire de ce lot de prendre en charge toutes les activités d’AMOA et de conduite du changement d’une part, sur toute la durée d’exécution du marché, et, d’autre part, sur tous les cycles d’activités et de travaux souhaités et commandés par Business France.; Le lot 2 constitue un ensemble de savoir-faire, de savoir-être, de prestations composées d’unités d’œuvres permettant au Titulaire de ce lot de prendre en charge toutes les activités de MOE (développement/ paramétrage) et de Maintenance applicative (corrective, évolutive et préventive), d’une part, sur toute la durée d’exécution du marché, et, d’autre part, sur tous les cycles d’activités et de travaux souhaités et commandés par Business France.
