Le présent marché porte sur les services d’intégration technique et déploiement d’une infrastructure Cloud sécurisée pour héberger les applications critiques de la Banque de France, le support et les prestations associées. Il comprend : - La prestation de conception de la plateforme et le déploiement de la Solution OpenStack - La formation/transfert de compétences - L’assistance à la migration des applications - La possibilité d’étendre le périmètre de la Solution (taille de la plateforme, produits et services complémentaires) - Le support technique de la Solution - Les besoins supplémentaires (déploiement de la Solution OpenStack, produits et services associés) - Le conseil et l’expertise technique sur la Solution OpenStack - La prestation d’externalisation de l’exploitation de l’infrastructure, si besoin - La réversibilité Le Marché porte sur les services d’intégration technique et déploiement d’une infrastructure Cloud sécurisée pour héberger nos applications critiques, support et prestations associées. Le présent Marché est constitué d’une tranche ferme et de 5 tranches optionnelles . Les tranches du marché sont les suivantes : *Tranche Ferme (TF) - Vérification de la Capacité à Faire (VCAF) : - Conception de la plateforme, déploiement et intégration technique de la Solution OpenStack sur un périmètre limité - Formation et transfert de compétence sur les modules OpenStack, leur fonctionnement et leur déploiement *Tranche optionnelle forfaitaire n°1 (TO1) : - Déploiement et intégration technique de la Solution OpenStack sur le périmètre complet *Tranche optionnelle n°2 à bons de commande (TO2) : - Extension du périmètre de conception et d’intégration technique en cours de projet - Assistance à la migration des applications *Tranche optionnelle n°3 à bons de commande (TO3) : - Support technique à l’exploitation de la plateforme et de la Solution OpenStack - Besoins supplémentaires portant sur le déploiement de la Solution OpenStack, produits et services associés - Conseil et expertise technique - Formation/transfert de compétence *Tranche optionnelle n°4 à bons de commande (TO4) - Externalisation de l’exploitation de la plateforme sécurisée *Tranche optionnelle n°5 à bons de commande (TO5) - Réversibilité hors exploitation - Réversibilité avec exploitation
